Iran and China exchange a hydropower contract

Iran and China make a contract for making Ardal hydropower package.
The meeting was held in the presence of contract parties including IWPC (employer), Rastab (consulting engineers), and joint venture of Mashinsazi Arak from Iran and NFC from China as contractors.
 According to PR office of IWPC releasing the news, S.R.Rezazadeh, the CEO of IWPC said that this contract is of EPCF type and costs more than 315 million yuans. The project is to be completed within 54 months.
He also added that 15 percent and 85 percent of the financial budget of Ardal hydropower package can be obtained from project budget credits, and through financing, respectively. Saderat Bank of Iran has been determined as the agent for banking. 
He also mentioned that the necessary permits for Ardal package such as Economic Council Permit, or the Act no.62 Permit or the Permit for arranging a negotiated tender have been granted. 
It is worth mentioning that Ardal power plant package is located in Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari Province of Iran and includes 3 power plants named as Azizabad ( 5.6 mw), Absardeh ( 2.26 mw) and Dopolan ( 12 mw) that  all together will be able to generate 100 mwhr of energy per a year.
