The total rate of power, generated in Karkhe,Masjed Soleyman,Karoon 3, Koohrang,Shahid Rajaee,Lavarak and Karoon 4 power stations, in March 2011,reached to 783,203 megawatt hour electricity .
Due to the report of public relation affairs of Iran Water and Power Resources Development Company,in March 2011, 23 water power stations in the country have totally generated 1,144,650 megawatt hour electricity .
2000 megawatt Karoon 3 power station
Among the water power stations of the country, Karoon 3 power station, with the generating rate of 384,957 megawatt hour electricity, has had the highest share of power generation in March 2011.
2000 megawatt Masjed Soleyman Power Station
Masjed Soleyman Power Station has generated 199,643 megawatt hour electricity in March 2011.
1000 megawatt Karoon 4 power station
 Karoon 4 Water power station including three 250 megawatt units has generated 158,369 megawatt hour electricity in March 2011.
400 megawatt Karkhe power station
Karkhe water power station has totally charged 35,620 megawatt hour electricity into the network throughout the country.
Koohrang, Lavarak and Shahid Rajaee Small power stations  
During the last month, the 35 megawaat Koohrang power station has generated 4,548 megawatt hour electricity, the 23.5 megawatt Lavarak power station has generated 0 megawatt hour electricity, and 13.5 megawatt Shahid Rajaee power station has generated 66 megawatt hour electricity.
Total of electricity generated by power plants such as Karkheh, Masjed Soleiman, Karun 3, Koohrang, Shahid Rajai, Lavarak, and Karun 4,in the previous  Iranian year (started on March, 21 2010) reached to 4 millions, 512 thousands and 640 mega watt hours.
